Customer Account Administrator; Finance Administrator; $18; Calgary; Contract
Your new company
Our client, a financial institution located in Downtown Calgary, is currently looking for Customer Account Administrator. Reporting to the Due Diligence Supervisor, you will engage existing clients in the collection of detailed client information and supporting documentation required for the completion of their compliance profiles.
Your new role
As the Customer Account Administrator you will; act as a point of escalation for Service Delivery if the client is not cooperating; manage the client experience throughout the onboarding of new to bank clients; Request and follow-up with the client for outstanding information and documentation; handle requests for additional information from Operations; ensure Customer Turn Around Times (TAT) are agreed; ensure the client is able to successfully activate the cash account; control workflow processes adhering to all associated procedures and ensure compliance controls of both general and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing (AML/ATF) compliance controls as well as operational risk controls.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this Customer Account Administrator position you will have a Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as well as Commercial banking knowledge & Commercial awareness. You will have a record of successful accomplishment in providing consistently outstanding customer service and a proven record of delivery within challenging timescales. You will be positive with a 'can do' attitude and an ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
What you'll get in return
This role will pay a rate of approximately $18 per hour, depending on experience.
