Your new role
As the Property Management Administrator you will you will be responsible for providing support to two Property Managers, assisting with all related administration and tenant relations duties. You will track and draft leases and renewals, and handle tenant maintenance and construction requests in a timely and professional manner. Processing accounts payable and receivables, you will also support budget management and tracking. Furthermore you will work on special projects, as required.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-15 years' experience as a Property Administrator within the commercial sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, you will also have a positive attitude. Advanced organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle a varied workload with conflicting deadlines.
