My client, an established property management firm based in Calgary, is seeking Senior Property Administrator to join their team based in Downtown Calgary. This company offers a competitive compensation package, and progression opportunities.
Your new role
As the Property Administrator you will you will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Property Manager within their commercial portfolio. You will be responsible for attending client meetings and providing tenant relations, handling requests for building and maintenance issues and also assisting with any special projects, as required. In addition you will prepare monthly reports, review lease summaries and draft lease documentation, you will also collect and track insurance and WCB certificates. Furthermore you will process accounts payables and receivables.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Administrator within the commercial sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, you will also have a positive attitude. Advanced organisational and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to handle a varied workload with conflicting deadlines.
