Our client, a North American based, international construction services company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This company is a well reputable and known for undertaking large and complex projects. The Administrative Assistant will be working out of their East York office (O'Connor Dr/Dohme Ave).
Your new role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Construction admin background
- Administrator- Supporting project manager and Superintendent
- Clerical work
- Print drawings and posting
- Meetings - minutes for the meetings
What you'll need to succeed
The candidate must have Construction experience, 1-2 years of experience, and skilled in Excel and Office programs.
What you'll get in return
This is a 6 months contract. This position is offering $16 per hour.
