Drake International is looking for dynamic, motivated, and customer service driven Bilingual (FR/EN) Telephone Banking - Inbound Customer Service Representatives for our client, a financial institution located in Markham, ON.
If you possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years in customer service and call centre, strong attention to details, a problem solver, and are fluent in French and English, we want to hear from you!
This is a 1 year contract from Monday, February 5, 2018 to Monday, February 4, 2019. This will lead to a permanent position prior to the end of contract.
Work Shift 1: 4:00 p.m. to midnight the hourly pay rate is ($19.52+$1.10 afternoon shift premium) $20.62 plus 4% vacation. Revised pay rate $21.44.
Work Shift 2: Overnight work shift midnight to 7:00 a.m. the hourly pay rate is ($19.52+1.60 overnight shift premium) $21.12 plus 4% vacation. Revised pay rate is $21.96.
Training: Our client will provide 8 weeks paid training which will be from 4:00 p.m. to midnight.
The key deliverables for the successful candidates will be: Assist bank customers by providing information in an inbound call centre work environment. Responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as required.
Education: High School Diploma (either OSSD or GED)
