Our downtown Client is currently seeking a fluently bilingual Receptionist/Admin Assistant to be the first point of contact for the organization. The successful candidate will be a natural at handling the reception area in a courteous and professional manner demonstrating outstanding interpersonal skills at all times. Also required for success in this role is the ability to handle a variety of administrative responsibilities in a fast paced environment. Strong proficiency in MS Office is required as are superior communication skills in both written and oral French and English. You will deal with members, external guests and committee members and will be required to book meetings along with all accompanying logistics.
