Billings Administrator - North York - 3 Month Contract

Hays Specialist Recruitment is looking to hire a Billings Administrator (Data Entry / Customer Service) to join their team. This will be 3 month contract opportunity with potential t be extended. The candidate will be working out of the Hays Office in Don Mills, North York.
Your new role
The candidate will be contacting the Billings Administrator to discuss any changes needed to their billing invoices (new contact. Change of address or phone number. Etc.) The Billings Administrator will provide excellent customer service while responding the client inquiries. They will make changes to the billing invoices using Great Plains. The billings system is automated so no calculations are required. This is a medium volume environment (200 invoices).

The successful candidate will need to have:
- Industry related experience - data entry / customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail - will have to double check everything is accurate and correct
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong organisation skills

This position is offering $18.00 an hour
