Our company is currently seeking a prospective account representative focused on small to medium sized business owners. This involves a highly consultative customer service approach. Currently account representatives will be working with our largest partner, TELUS Communications in delivering stellar service.

Manage all clients both current and prospective.
Act in a conciliatory manner to help clients meet their needs through our products and services.
Meet goals and strategic objectives within assigned accounts.
Meet expectations for profitability.
Prospect potential customers in all industries, building meaningful relationships to drive further referrals.
Facilitate product selection and complete necessary paper work.
Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
Customer service/sales experience is an asset.

Must be over 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background check
