As Business & Marketing Analyst - BI & Digital, this is a key position within the Executive Team and is responsible for the business analysis and digital marketing for programs in terms of creating the initial plans and choosing advertising medium, system administration, and is the technical training lead.
You are the first point of contact for "State of the Nation" information. This includes:
Create tools and analyze processes to allow reviews of the business
Identify top clients across the full portfolio of operation and analyze spend as required Identify top performing programs and create performance benchmarks
Identify and analyze trends (peak periods, downtimes etc.)
Conduct market research on competitors, prospective markets, industries and companies Work with MarCom, Direct Mail, and Finance to create reports that measure effect of Digital Marketing campaigns and other print advertising
Manage a data driven, measurable, digital marketing
Manage a dedicated digital marketing budget . Liaise with design agencies
Responsible for creating the digital marketing plan including online ads, email campaigns, and web content
Selecting advertising mediums and leading ad-design
Manage ad-spend for all digital campaigns including Email Marketing, website, LI, etc. Act as the primary contact and administrator
Managing and optimizing web content to maximize sales as per digital marketing plan
Working experience within a marketing/business analysis role
Analytical mindset - Copy writing and repurposing experience
High level of computer competency
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from many disciplines and levels
Collaborative, Self-starter who is motivated by the challenge of implementing new solutions to help the business
Design Skills: Adobe InDesign, - Adobe Photoshop, - Adobe Dreamweaver, - Advanced MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
Tableau dashboard training - Basic SQL and MySQL - Advanced Google Analytics knowledge
