JOB ORDER NUMBER:
EXPERIENCE: In order to be COMPETITIVE for this position, you will have:
-2-5 years’ HVAC or Industrial experience preferred.
-Critical thinking and problem solving of technical problems.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Proficiency in managing multi-task projects.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
Our client is an established HVAC/R company is looking to fill a critical role within their outside sales group. You will have a strong hunter mentality to uncover and provide support to meet client expectations and grow market share throughout Northern Alberta.
-Provides sales management and marketing for local sales channels.
-Develops annual department budget and endures to deliver all milestones within agreed budget and time.
-Develops and manages relationship with sales channels and enhances their development of product knowledge and focus.
-Assists in driving the specification in the local market.
-Ensures that all project information is imputed and regularly updated in CRM.
-Responsible for regular updates of sales pipeline management.
-Develops joint action plans in conjunction with branches, applied representatives, and distributors for planned growth in Applied Systems.
-Acts as an extension to the training department to train staff and sales channels with regularly scheduled activities.
-Develops and recommends product positioning, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long term market share.
-Prepares analysis of competitive activity for management as well as prepares plan to overcome competitive obstacles.
-Establishes and maintains key relationships with influencers and strategic partners to increase market visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS: THE FOLLOWING ARE ASSETS STRONGLY IN YOUR FAVOUR:
-P.E. License a plus
-LEED A.P. and CEM accreditation a plus
