Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Help Desk Specialist, Level 2, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
- Eligibility for a Security Clearance at the level of Secret;
- Five (5) years of experience in providing customer support services and technical support in a medium-sized computer network environment (250-300+ users);
- IT Service Management Foundation certification (ITIL Essentials);
- Five (5) years of experience in analyzing and solving problems related to the use of computers, hardware and software in a medium-sized department or organization (250-300+ users);
- Five (5) years of experience in network administration, account creation and management, and access rights in a Microsoft environment;
- CompTIA A+ Certification;
- Experience in maintaining liaison with network users and technical staff to communicate the status of problem resolution to network users, log and track requests for assistance and also in tracking user problem trends; and
- Six (6) months experience providing IT support to a Department, organization or agency of the Federal Government within the last ten (10) years.
