Assistant Office Manager - 18 Month Contract - Toronto

Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a Law Firm. We are looking to hire an Assistant Office Manager to join our team. This will be an 18 month contract. The candidate will be working from their Toronto Office (King/York).
Your new role
- Financial Lisaon with Chitiz and Bank
- Deposits cheques
- Reference ingoing and outgoing wire transfers
- Cut all of the cheques
- Application of payments from clients (cheques, credit cards, wire and EFT)
- Deals with Building Management, in case there are any problems (plumbing, heating etc.)
- Covers receptions (incoming calls, meeting with clients, keeping everything tidy)
- Orders all office supplies (after approval)
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication skills
- Accounting Knowledge (basics knowledge as dealing with multiple bank accounts)
- Administrative experience (1+ years' experience)
What you'll get in return
This is an 18 month contract. The position is offering $20.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
