Our client has an opening for an HR Support Assistant for a short-term assignment.
This is a temporary 1-week assignment.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with HRIS software.
- 2 years proven experience in a similar HR role
- Enrolled in or a completed HR Certification, a definite asset
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Recruitment experience; including resume screening, phone interviews, job postings and arranging appointments
- Experience with Payroll
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks
- Must be able to work autonomously in a highly organised manner where attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality are critical
