As the lead for all security related matters, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 40 security guards while still providing oversight to strategic policies and procedures. You will be the key contact for emergency services and public relations.
- Managing vendor relationships
- Undertake incident investigations
- Implementing procedural improvements
- Oversight of all security systems
- Performance management and development of Security Guards
- Coordination of scheduling
What you bring to the job
You will bring a niche blend of operational experience coupled with a strong strategic focus. Experience overseeing a large scale property is an absolute must have!
- Proven leadership skills
- Post-secondary education
- 5+ years’ experience in security management gained within the private sector
- Knowledge of the applicable legislation
- Proven experience in policy and procedure creation
