Product Support Specialist
Location: Ontario Regions
Product support specialist to investigate and resolve agricultural machinery product issues for end-users and product dealers. Solve field product issues, organize field data and generate reports. Provide input and solutions to product performance issues and work closely with development engineering, manufacturing and purchasing to recommend design or process improvements. Review and audit technical publications. Develop and deliver technical training information to dealers and customers. Previous experience with support for heavy mobile agriculture, construction or mining machinery. Communication skills in English and willing to learn French. Excellent problem solving skills with planning and administration abilities. Provide product support with the ability to travel to dealer locations within Ontario. Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel. Technical Diploma or related training with knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems for heavy mobile equipment / systems at a dealer or OEM level.
