Hays Office Support has partnered with a North American owned and operated property management firm in search of a receptionist to join their corporate office located in North York (DVP/Lawrence). This is a contract to permanent opportunity.
Your new role
Receptionist needed in North York. We are seeking a professional receptionist to cover front desk in a corporate environment. The receptionist will be responsible for:
- Administrative duties for the office
- Reception coverage providing excellent customer service while greeting and assisting clients and customers
- Courier duties
- Receiving, shipping and posting mail
- Ordering office supplies
- Running office errands if/when applicable
- Assisting with other duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Must have skills with MS Office and Outlook
- Have at least 2-3 years with either retail, office administration, reception experience
- Excellent customer service with professional appearance and decorum
- Post - Secondary Education
- Polished and professional
- Excellent communication skills
What you'll get in return
This position is offering $18.00- $20.00 per hour.
