The Attendant and Receptionist supports both the Service Operations and the Facility Operations team.
- Greet and direct employees and visitors
- Receive and relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls
- Handle and route messages appropriately
- Process space reservations, set up meeting rooms including catering and audio/visual equipment. Provide support/troubleshooting as needed
- Receive, process, and deliver inbound and outbound mail, packages and faxes
- Handle or coordinate large-scale duplicating projects (copying, collating, assembly and binding)
- Document management
- Administrative duties may include preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Provide support for Facilities Services, including inventory coordination, and office maintenance
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, rotates every week, either 7:30 am to 4:30 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
