About the Job
Our client, a leading well known Telecom provider, is looking for Sales Reps, Team Leads and Future Management to join their growing and highly successful organization.
Working within a fast paced environment you will be generating new business for one of North America's largest telecommunication companies. This expanding team is looking for a sales focused and results driven individual who will be an asset to their reputable brand.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Will have a "hunter" mentality and superior relationship building personality
• Highly self-motivated, with team ethics as well able to work independently
• Must have 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in a "customer facing" environment
• Must have a passion for growth and a desire to move their career ahead
• Need to have superior interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with the consumer market both in person and on the phone.
ESSENTIAL
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
• Initiating contact with potential clients.
• Ensure achievement of sales, client retention and loss ratio targets are met.
• Identify centers of influence
• Promoting the brand name and products
• Implement market strategies to promote new business
