Rochester Midland Corporation seeks a Territory Sales Manager for our WellBeing Hygiene Division, in the Vancouver & Lower Mainlandarea. In this position, you will have the opportunity to cover a high potential/profitable sales territory. You will be charged with soliciting sales and providing demonstrations of various WellBeing Hygiene programs, to key account prospects. These programs are necessary for the health, safety, wellbeing and prosperity of these end users. You will become a true representative of health, wellness, and safety for your customers. Through an in-depth needs analysis, you will develop customized solutions to your customer needs, delivering significant value, and earning your customers loyalty for life.
Rochester Midland’sWellBeingHygiene Division programs consist of, Feminine Hygiene Waste Disposal, Restroom Odor Control & Neutralization, Hand Care, and, Ambient Large Area fragrance services. We deliver these turn-key services through a dedicated team of service professionals that are committed to serve & delight our customers.
Your responsibility will be to grow our existing business in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland corridor. You are highly motivated, creative and hard working. You will collaborate with our Service Team and be responsible for growing our business, through account retention and new business development. You are focused on identifying and serving the needs of our customers while creating lasting business value through our dedicated and focused account retention program. You thrive on new business development and expect to be equally rewarded in return. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years outside Sales & Business Development experience, in the Services business, Feminine Hygiene Waste Disposal, Restroom Hygiene Care or the Facility Services market place, would be preferred. The ability to cold call and follow through with appointments to deliver effective presentations while engaging various levels of decision makers is a must.
