This is a leadership role reporting into the Americas Delivery Manager responsible for service delivery stability and growth at of Intellect’s largest customer in a large account in Canada. They key responsibilities, skills and expertise needed would beare:
Manage the delivery health and profitability wealth of the an account
Partner in and contribute Drive to the account’s strategy, plan planning and execution and Maintain excellent relationships with existing stakeholders at the Director, Senior Director and VP levels d penetrate deep into the account
Ensure customer satisfaction is extremely high
Manage the E2E project life cycle from contracting to post implementation support
Effective communications with business, operations and technology at all levels
Must be able to deal with abstract concepts and resolve conflicts
Proven track record of successful Project Delivery & Project Management
coupled with the essential Strong Employee Engagement Skills.
You Must possess the ability to accomplish management/delivery onf a number of projects against time, defined quality goals to achieve pre-defined financial objectives.
It would be an advantage if applicants were to come with experience from a similar organization within the IT industry. High commitment with his/her customers is essential must.
§Drive service delivery excellence with overall delivery responsibility across multiple projects
§Contribute to account growth strategy
§Participate in ideation and Product Development with Product, clients and the ecosystem
§Develop Fintech and technical partnerships and bring these to fruition
§Single point responsibility for all deliveries in an account Ability to manage large accounts with an ability to scale accounts multifold (eg: from a $5mn to $40+mn) with excellent penetration ability into accounts and develop relationships at all levels of the enterprise
§Capability to Lead Implementations across all stages of PMLC and SDLC with lower costs and higher quality
§Ability to lead large multi location teams (around 100+ resources)
§Adherence to quality processes and standards (CMMi Level 5)
§Established vision and driven multi-year growth by developing foresight into industry & customer’s business
§Ability to present complex concepts in a simplified manner to Sr level executives in the Bank to drive business expansion and long term relations
§When required, participate in pre-sales activities to ensure they reflect realistic project delivery
§Participate and contribute to the building of company and Product branding, Product collaterals and Product Demo's
§Motivate, retain and recruit qualified and skilled teams
§Lead adoption of DevOps.
§Manage day to day and strategic relationships with Stakeholders from Business and Operations
§The applicant should be able to carry out negotiations on scope, cost & timelines with relevant stakeholders resulting in win-win situations.
§Ability to understand technical landscape w.r.t end to end flow of a system inclusive of interfacing across various systems
§Have sound knowledge of deployment topologies
§Expose to version management & an understanding of promoting software code across various internal & Bank’s environments
§Should be well versed with concept of defect severity, their SLA’s and TAT
§Exposure to handling Production Support teams would be an added advantage
Manage delivery and service level expectations with the Business
