As the Workflow Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue targets within assigned portfolios by providing software solutions to customers. You will partner with Account Executives in the development of software requirements at client sites, demonstrates Canon software solutions, and ensures excellent customer service.
Prospect for new customers and maintain a sales funnel satisfactory to drive and exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
Assess and understand customer needs in order to provide individualized solutions that drive software sales
Document all sales activities on a daily and weekly basis in Salesforce
Maintain customer information by entering information into Salesforce for the purpose of managing the business relationships with current customers and for developing prospects
Deliver software demonstrations which clearly articulate the advantages and value-adds of Canon solutions
