ACCOUNTING MANAGER | REAL ESTATE | CALGARY

Your new company
Our client is an established Real Estate Business based centrally in Calgary. They have a mixed portfolio (Residential & commercial) of properties across western Canada. They are a smaller company with a family feel and community orientated culture.

Your new role
This position is to manage and lead the Accounting Department,. reporting directly to the owners of the business. Typical duties will include; budgeting and cash-flow forecasting for the properties and liaising with the properties managers to ensure insure the financials are in good order.

You have a member of staff as a direct report who will assist you with invoicing and general administration in your position.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in Real Estate is required ideally 5 year's recent experience. Full cycle Accounting experience is essential, ideally with experience in both residential & commercial Real Estate. CPA Designation is desirable but not essential.
