Accountable for the IT recruitment processes, including the conception, constant evolution, and overall governance for consultants.
Ensuring that the IT recruitment processes are easily accessible and well communicated across the organization.
Create and track key process metrics to drive continuous improvement, ensure process compliance, and ultimately improve the overall quality of hire and make better recruitment decisions.
Responsible for all pre-screening tools and job specific questions for optimal candidate pool management.
Drives external and internal Talent analytics tools and shares results with IT for recruitment optimization.
Responsible to monitor the Workforce planning inbox and answer inquiries as needed.
Collaborate with hiring managers for consultant renewals
Update PO’s in SAP with required renewal information
Work with vendors to negotiate consultant renewal rates
Key collaborator with Workforce Planning to understand the current supply and future demand, anticipate recruitment needs, and develop appropriate strategies to attract candidates.
Establish relationship with key partners that can support our requirements for rapid ramp-up and handle peak demand for additional resources.
Human Resources or organizational development work experience
Overall 10 years+ relevant professional experience
Minimum of 10 years working in IT Talent Acquisition or supporting an IT function
Expert conceptual and practical knowledge of Talent Acquisitions processes and principles
Expert Knowledge and understanding of the recruitment process
In-depth knowledge of the labour and IT market both locally and across major recruiting areas
Strong influencing skills and strategic thinking
Strong ability to simplify process, identify issues, develop recruitment acumen and educate collaborators
Ability to react quickly to tactical demands as well as strategically considering all aspects of the environment
Capacity to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal guidance.
Abilities in using Microsoft Office tools
High degree of verbal and written communication skills, rational persuasion and negotiating aptitude
Ability to effectively and concisely present and convey information at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical abilities to provide strategies based on historical and current data
Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking studies
Capacity to adapt to changing business conditions
Highly motivated, creative, self-sufficient and able to operate effectively without close supervision
