Administrative Assistant - Contract until the end of 2019 - Markham

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract role (Until the end of the year with potential to go permanent). This candidate will be working out of their Markham office (Hwy 404/Hwy 7).
Your new role
- Oversee reception duty, walk ins, phone calls
- Coming to a year end so will have to call vendors make sure they have their invoices collected (A/R)
- Assist with processing invoices and clearing any year end payments
- Company is moving offices so someone to help even coordinator assist in move (Move will be happening in December)
What you'll need to succeed
**MUST HAVE VEHICLE**
- MS office outlook, excel, word
- Yardi is preferred but no a must have
- Customer service experience Excellent organization skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
