Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a leading Property Management Company. We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This will be a 1 month contract. This candidate will be working out of their Downtown Toronto office.
Your new role
- Answering phone calls, directing calls as needed
- Booking rooms
- Ordering catering
- Assist with invoices
- Inventory - ordering office supplies
- Weekly correspondence for office orders
- Empty and load the dishwasher
- Ensure general cleanliness and tidiness of the office
- Assist with HR duties: recruiting, scheduling interviews, phone screens, booking interviews, confidential filing
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of experience
- Yardi is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail
- Criminal Check required
