Administrative Assistant - Toronto - 6 Month Contract with potential to go Permanent

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for a contract role (6 months with potential for permanency). This candidate will be working out of their Toronto office (St. Clair /Yonge).
Your new role
- The client needs someone that can help out in different areas of the company with administrative duties
- They will be a hybrid admin, assisting Senior Principal with HR admin, supporting the spec writer
- Tracking Site instruction, change notices, documents for pre instruction (Will train)
- Track whose doing what between different 18 people, simple organization
- Working closely with the Project Managers
- Writing letters to clients
- Has experience writing meeting mins
- Must be strong with Microsoft Office
- The office that the candidate will be working in is Young, and energetic, so please align the candidate with that or else they will not work out
- Need to have high energy, and need to have strong communication skills
What you'll need to succeed
- Excel and Word mandatory
- 1-3 years of experience
