Administrative Assistant - Toronto - 6 month Contract (Potential for extension)

We are seeking a Administrative Assistant for a contract role (6 months with potential for permanency). This candidate will be working out of their Toronto office (St. Clair /Yonge).
Your new role
- Tracking Site instruction, change notices, documents for pre instruction
- Track progress of different team members
- Working closely with the Project Manager, being his right hand man
- Writing letters to clients
What you'll need to succeed
- High energy, and need to have strong communication skill
- Must be fluent in French and English
- 1-3 years of applicable experience
- Full proficiency with Excel and MS Word
