The Assistant Manager of Best Buy Mobile works with the Store Manager to train and coach the mobile staff to achieve unit sales, revenue, attachment rate and service goals. In addition to leadership responsibilities, the AM BBYM will assist customers in making the right choice every time through simple, impartial advice. Achieves sales objectives for wireless phones, services and accessories. Thoroughly understands products and customer needs, provides exceptional expertise and service on wireless products and services and is a key leader in building and sustaining wireless customers through end to end customer service.
As an Assistant Manager of Best Buy Mobile you will...
- • Provide personalized service and exceptional level of expertise for customers • Respond to escalated customer concerns, questions and inquiries; follow-up and resolve sales/customer service issues • Handle all aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties and receiving customer payments • Provide general direction, coaching/development, to all Mobile Specialists • Support recruitment processes within the store • Develop, maintain and communicate up-to-date knowledge of specific product and accessories by participating in and/or assist with arrangement of vendor and Best Buy sponsored product training

The experience we need...
- • 1+ years of retail supervisory experience • 1+ years of related experience in retail sales • Previous keyholder/cash handling experience • High school diploma
