Job Description
As an Associate Recruiter you will be involved in the talent acquisition strategy, execution, and end-to-end recruitment for positions. You will be a part of the North American Talent Acquisition team. In the role, you will interact directly with candidates and hiring managers in the business.
Having an in-depth understanding of our business and clients is key to the success of our talent acquisition function. As a recruiter, you must expect to have a close connection to our strategy, leadership, and the work we are doing as a company.
Your Impact:
Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop a detailed profile of target candidates
Support hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, facilitate debriefs, and enable fair and structured decision
making
Be a true consultative partner to both internal and external stakeholders
Build and grow a network of pipelined candidates who match core skills that we typically recruit
Leverage advanced sourcing strategies and community building approaches to find, attract and engage top talent
Conduct thorough screening interviews to summarize candidate’s capabilities, aspirations, and drivers
Promote the company referral scheme and own the referral process for the domain/s.
Create an exceptional experience along the entire candidate journey.
Foster strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the candidate journey right through to final negotiations and onboarding
Your Skills & Experience:
2-4 years of related professional work experience and/or training.
Strong experience of proven end-to-end talent acquisition activities
Experience in hiring Technology Engineers (Front End-, Full stack Developers, .NET) is a plus.
Experience in talent acquisition and/or recruiting within/for companies Digital Business Transformation/ Consulting/Technology
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, stakeholder management, relationship building, and collaboration
Experience/knowledge in Agile Mindset would be advantageous
Showcase the ability to think outside the box and be innovative
Experience in using traditional and non-traditional sourcing tools/methods
