We are searching for Desk Side Support Technicians. This is a contract position in Moncton, New Brunswick.
- Initial receipt of client requests for assistance received by telephone, e-mail or other means of communication, entry of information related to these requests into the departmental incident and problem tracking systems
- Provide first level support to resolve client requests for assistance including remote control of client workstations;
- Dispatch second level support if required;
- Secret/Level 2 clearance to work with Federal Government is mandatory
- 1 year experience providing IT Helpdesk Support in a corporate/desktop environment, 6 months experience troubleshooting MS Office and Exchange; and A+ or ITIL Foundations or Microsoft Specialist certification
- A 2 year program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Management will be accepted in lieu of experience
