We are looking for All Star call center team members who want to greatly enhance their incomes: Starting Salary $72.8K with a Fully Guaranteed Retention Bonus of $10K for those who are part of the team December 8^th, 2021, that’s right a Guaranteed $80K plus position for top talent and we have a serious need for a Team Lead this the Summer to continue our expansion which is a $100K position

Here is the breakdown:

• Minimum 2 Years Full Time Bank / Insurance / Financial Service Call Center Experience
• Must be currently a Team Lead / Supervisor / or the Star of the Shift, we mean it; just the average call center rep is not who we are looking for
• Must have those superb phone skills, seriously, if your manager does not say you are one of their best people on the phone this job is not for you
• Hardworking, we know every job posting say this but if you are not absolutely driven to be productive, consistent and ALWAYS looking for the next call, well, we just don’t keep unproductive people so……
• We will teach you the mortgage business because Butler Mortgage Inc. are masters of the Call Center mortgage business, you will be taught and coached until you are as knowledgeable as a 10 Year mortgage underwriter in 4 months because we know exactly how to make that happen, we have done it for years
• Full Time Monday to Friday 9:00 to 6:00 no Afternoon shifts, it’s a great Live / Work balance compared with most call center environments
