The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by “going the extra mile” to deliver friendly service in a professional and timely manner.

Job Summary:

• Using sales techniques to make car and truck rental reservations
• Manage a high volume inbound and outbound calls
• Communicate effectively and use sales skills to quickly identify and determine the products and services that best meet the customer’s needs
• Promote services and up-sell to customers based on their needs offering more benefits, features and special programs
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers and stores in a friendly and professional manner
• Address customer service calls and issues professionally and in a timely manner
• Complete various administrative tasks as required by the Manager

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
• Excellent and friendly communication skills, both oral and written
• Proven time management and multi-tasking ability to set and meet targets and objectives
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Self-directed and able to work independently
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
