Job description:
- Valid Pro Sci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. A copy of the certification is requested with the response.
- 8 years’ experience providing education, training, and OCM in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 8 years.
- 2 years’ experience as a Change Management Specialist performing stakeholder analysis and organizational readiness to accommodate the implementation of a healthcare information system. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 2 years.
- 5 years’ experience working in a public health environment including operating programs, implementing changes, or providing services. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 5 years.
- 8 years’ experience providing education, training, and OCM in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that totals at least 8 years.
