Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business.
• Formulate and implement strategies to boost the company and make it more efficient.
• Perform analysis of trends, productivity and quality parameters. Identify issues and implement the changes and improvements needed to fix them.
• Manage the cash flow of the company.
• Owns it; holds oneself and team accountable for delivering on business goals.
• Demonstrates and models company values with internal and external customers.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and growth: future investments.
• Develop strategies for financial performance monitoring.
• Carry out the structure of reports, financial economic analysis and budgetary control.
• Manage and lead all teams in the area, getting involved in their development and hiring strategy.
  
  Your qualifications include:

• The ideal candidate would hold a Masters degree in Business Administration or higher, ideally in operations management, business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure, Miro, JIRA, etc.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation and interpersonal relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and with a team
• Advanced in both writing and speaking in English
