If so, lets talk. **Your Role and Responsibilities** IBM representative for Infrastructure Services to the Client, with a focus on all client needs (current and future) and full scope of the contract. As Client Partner Executive, you are responsible for being the prime focal point for the Client relationship. Your core responsibilities include focus upon base account growth, managing business financials, identifying new opportunities for business growth, program management and delivery on commitments, and leading/motivating a team of people who support the Client. You will be responsible to define and run the governance of the account with the Client, and with the IBM client management team. You own client satisfaction results and are responsible for all set/met agreements with the Client and DPE (Delivery Project Executive). You are the catalyst and facilitator to bring innovation and new opportunities to the client. Additional responsibilities include partnering with the DPE, Chief Architect (CA), your account team and our IBM Executives. You will provide business direction to the DPE; leading the DPE to plan, track, control and manage all aspects of contract costs. You lead the DPE to effectively manage client expectations and you rely on the DPE to provide requirements and expectations with regard to assigned IBM delivery team operations. You will also partner with the CA to build a technical vision and roadmap with the Client. You will participate in architecture maturity assessments and technical health checks. As leader for your account team, you will be responsible to lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization into an excellent team to deliver value of IBM's products and services to the Client. Expectations are that you will strive to improve team work across IBM to appear seamless and one voice to the customer. You lead Service Management delivery reviews through the DPE to ensure quality of service. CPEs are the owner of revenue, profit and loss (P&L), growth objectives (opportunity identification, qualification, and pricing) and the client management costs of your account. You must understand and apply IBM selling techniques to identify business opportunities and leverage resources in closing new business with the client. Lastly, you perform client contract crisis management, manage contract scope, commitments and responsibilities of all parties. This role is open to Canadian Citizens, Canadian Permanent Residents, and only Temporary Foreign Workers (TFWs) who currently have valid Canadian work authorization and who are currently based in the province of New Brunswick (NB), due to the current NB provincial entry ban of all TFWs.
