Overview
Our client is one of Canada's leading and most dynamic life insurance companies. Continuously growing, they have an immediate need for a Bilingual (English - French) Client Support Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and brokers via Phone and e-mail
- Take Inbound calls and make out outbound calls (70% of work time)
- Process all assigned transactions within the acceptable service level parameters, such as:
- Handle payments and banking changes
- Handle simple policy changes and policy inquiries
- Conduct regular follow ups
- Resolve basic customer service problems, take ownership of situations and provide corrective action
• Bilingual (English – French) is mandatory
• Excellent customer service skills demonstrating patience and empathy
• Excellent Phone skills
• Demonstrated product knowledge within scope of duties
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressures
• Team oriented attitude
• Call center experience / customer service experience in the financial services industry is an asset
• Completed LOMA Level I an asset
