Statement of Work
Responsibilities:
Support the cloud migration effort (on any issues related to Cloudscape or Cloudscape reports/output)
Educate application owners on Cloudscape processes, roles and responsibilities within the migration project, and answer questions about the Cloudscape process & architecture
Support the process to track, review, and approve requested updates to the agreed migration schedule for Cloudscape related items
Track completion of Cloudscape activities and follow-up with owners of overdue activities, and escalate to management as needed
Finalize the detailed cutover timeline for Cloudscape tasks
Support defining migration read
