One of the most respected and successful real estate companies in Manitoba have an immediate need for a Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team in Winnipeg.
Your new role
Working in the commercial property team, part of a larger head office environment and reporting to the Senior Commercial Property Manager, this important role will be challenging and rewarding for the successful applicant. Managing a mixed commercial portfolio of properties that include office, retail and possibly some light industrial depending on how the portfolio is divided amongst the team. You will be responsible for the tender process and award of contracts, preparing annual budgets and analysing financial information, inspection of properties, liaise with tenants and landlords amongst other duties.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will ideally have 3 years + commercial experience, have a good knowledge of Property Management software (ideally Yardi), have a reliable vehicle and be prepared to work hours as demanded by the job in addition to being part of the on call rota.
