Contract Conformance Specialist (35% Travel)
Calgary, AB and Savona BC

Work Conditions:
• The CCS’s primary location will be at an field office location during the Construction phase of the Project.
• The position requires frequent travel, approximately 35% of the time, primarily within the assigned region.
• The position is based on working on the administration (post-award) stage of large construction contracts for both facilities and pipelines projects. This position is situated in one of site locations.
• Work schedule should be up to a maximum of 10 hours per day and 44 hours per week while in the Calgary office and up to a maximum of 72 hours per week with prior written approval received from direct supervisor while in the field location. The field-based schedule may vary based on location and construction work schedule with a maximum of 12 hours per day.”
The Contract Conformance Specialist (CCS) is accountable for the day-to-day sourcing and conformance responsibilities for all contractual arrangements of assigned capital and maintenance projects.
• The CCS manages the entire sourcing and administration stages of the potential proponents and eventual contracts on the Project/Program.
• The CCS manages the flow of documentation and communication related to the contractual relationship between Company and Contractor to ensure contractual obligations are met.
• The CCS facilitates the timely identification, communication and resolution of contractual matters.
• The CCS interacts frequently with third parties as well as in-house departments including legal, project management, construction management, business development, system planning, procurement, contract management, project
