Your new role
As the Credit and Collections Manager you will need to effectively liaise with colleagues in sales, engineering, and operations to ensure contracts are followed and customer experience is excellent. You will be responsible to provide all collection related duties from credit investigations in advance to calls and follow-ups. Being organized and detail oriented is key to correctly closing out projects and sending accurate invoicing on time.
What you'll need to succeed
Five years' experience in collections or experience in operations handling finance is required and a Bachelor's Degree in business is an asset. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project and communicate professionally and effectively to stake holders at all levels is a must. Qualified candidates will have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be able to learn new concepts and products quickly. Lastly you will need to be results driven and excel in a team environment.
