Customer Service – English/ French Bilingual $20/hr
This well-respected not-for-profit organization is looking for a temporary bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide support in the Donors Relationship area.
The position will answer phones, handle enquiries and/or forward calls from donors as well as enter basic information into the computer. The company location is TTC accessible, and the position will report to the Director of Annual Giving. Strong communication skills, and an excellent phone manner are required; specific training will be provided. This is a temporary position.
- Previous customer service and some administrative experience
- 100% fluency in both French/English
- Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge would be a bonus, but not a requirement
- Data input experience
This role will suit someone who has an exemplary phone manner, strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of personalities within a team atmosphere.
