Transcom is an innovative global specialist in providing outstanding customer experiences and is currently hiring Seasonal - Work from Home Bilingual (French speaking) Customer Service Representatives.
As a customer service representative, you are an expert in creating customer satisfaction and solving through a pleasant and personal response. You will take inbound phone calls assisting Big Box retail customers with product, e-commerce assistance, and customer service issues.
What we offer you:
COMPLETION BONUS OF $300 (Must meet requirements through end of contract)
$13.00 per hour

Fully Bilingual in French and English
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check
Previous call center and work at home experience is preferred, but not required
Strong computer knowledge and skill
Ability to work 32-40 hours a week; including evenings, weekends & holidays
Must live and work in one of the following provinces:
Manitoba, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Ontario and Saskatchewan

Secure, quiet, distraction free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during your scheduled work shift. (Conflicting responsibility may include caring for a family member).
Reliable DSL or Cable Internet that is hardwired into a modem/router via ethernet (Dial up, Wireless or Satellite internet service cannot be used)
Windows desktop or laptop computer that meets minimum requirements
