Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Today, we are seeking a dynamic bilingual individual who possesses: excellent communication skills, superior customer service experience in a call center environment, and strong computer proficiency to join our Customer Service Team in Woodbridge, ON.
As a member of our logistics team, you will be delivering front line customer service support for our food industry customers located across Canada. We will provide you with a comprehensive training program that allows you to work at the highest level of efficiency.
Your goal as a bilingual CSR/Dispatcher is to provide cost effective routing. Specifically you’ll:
Dispatch drivers and vehicles to routine and emergency grease trap cleaning
Address customer inquiries about their accounts, schedules, and services
- Follow up with customers who need extra information or attention, ensuring each one gets what they need

The following qualifications will help you stand out:
Bilingual (English and French)
Experience in a customer service role
Exceptional telephone etiquette coupled with active listening skills
Experience in scheduling, routing and dispatching trucks is strongly preferred.
Proficient computer navigation and keyboarding skills
High school diploma or GED
This is a full-time, permanent Monday to Friday role. We offer a competitive salary in the range of $40,000 - $45,000 including a superior benefits package along with other unique employee programs.
