Development Manager - Large Mixed-use Developments - Vancouver - $110,000 - $130,000 base + bonus

Your new company
A new and fast growing Real Estate Developer based in downtown Vancouver is seeking a Development Manager to join their team. Currently they have a small and dynamic team which are taking on some of the largest developments in the Lower Mainland.

Your new role
As Development Manager you will be responsible for completing feasibility studies, coordinating design and working with different municipalities for rezoning and permitting applications. You will also support the acquisition and construction teams. These projects will be primarily large residential and mixed-use developments across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require 3+ years' experience as a Development Manager within the Vancouver real estate and property market. You must have the ability to assess projects using Internal Rate of Return, IRR, and have experience working with the City of Vancouver and the surrounding municipalities. Having knowledge of design would also be an asset.
