Your new role
The team require a Director of HR reporting to the CEO in a brand new role for the organisation. This role really is a 'seat at the table' and the team require someone incredibly forward thinking and strategic to help them achieve their goals of growth. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, and we are looking for someone who can deal with the very quick pace of the organization and has great ideas! From the day to day operational HR practices through to helping to work on future plans along with someone to help advice and guide through acquisitions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven strategic and project experience, along with experience of working in a blue collar environment. You will have previous experience working through mergers or acquisitions, and fantastic ideas on how to help the company continue to grow and maintain their fantastic culture through the coming months and beyond. You will be responsible for all recruitment, retention, performance and salary reviews and work alongside the senior leadership and executive team, so we are looking for someone who has previously held a role that embodies this. Ideally you will be CPHR designated and have some exposure to manufacturing.
