DIRECTOR OF SALES
Our client is recognized as a leading North American company that designs, builds and delivers products using in-house fabrication. Being located in Mississauga for over 20 years; they are looking to fill a critical Director of Sales role. This role will report to the Executive Vice President/General Manager with a dotted line to the President.

The successful candidate will bring their knowledge and understanding of the miscellaneous minerals market to enhance an already growing organization. He/she will create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at the senior level. Bringing past experience in this competitive landscape; the chosen candidate will understand market trends, implement strategies in order to move the organization into an even stronger market share. Leading a team of 4 sales professionals, he/she will establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual strategies. He/she will create and deploy key KPI's related to the sales area, as well as work within a CRM system in order to establish clear transparency throughout the sales process. The existing client base will be critical to the continued success with strong retention strategies put in place. Also important is to interface with technical areas, such as estimating, marketing and production to collaborate on processes.
- Bachelor's Degree Engineering.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- 10 years' experience in Direct Sales.
- Miscellaneous Metal experience.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent computer knowledge, CRM.
