Clio’s Customer Support department is made up of passionate individuals that assist our customers in understanding how to best use Clio. The department is key to providing insight to our Product Development team in terms of feature suggestions and bug reports flowing from our phone, email and live chat interactions. In 2016, the department won a bronze Stevie Award for Contact Centre of the Year (small team) and was a finalist in the 2016 BCTIA awards for Team of the Year.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Experience, the Director of Customer Support directly impacts customer experience and employee growth/engagement. You will make informed decisions and confidently lead the department to achieve positive and successful results.
