Senior care equipment retailer & grocer, looking for a General Sales Manager to run new Richmond Location

Your new company provides seniors with a safe, friendly and knowledgeable environment when purchasing their senior care equipment and groceries and is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service to their clients and care givers.
Your new role
As the General Sales Manager you will be responsible for running a 2 floor location, managing a staff of 7+ people. You will be responsible for all lines of the PNL with a monthly revenue of $400,000+. You will also be responsible for over seeing the ordering and procurement of products. Please note, that you will be working retail hours which include some evenings and weekends
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role where you were responsible for over seeing a PNL and managing a team of 5 or more people. If you have experience managing a grocery store or similar retail business this would be considered an asset. You will be driven, energetic and love to help people and your customers with their needs. If you speak Mandarin, this would also be considered an asset.
What you will get in return
You will receive a generous base salary between $60,000 - $80,000 based on experience in addition to a lucrative bonus structure to bring your on targets earnings to $100,000+ annually. You will receive 3 weeks vacation along with a robust benefits package. You will enjoy working directly with the owner and having a vital part of growing the business
