Cistel Technology is looking to hire a full-time help desk specialist to work for us on a long-term contract for a public sector client of ours. This role requires the work of someone very experienced and has experience working for the public sector with an understanding of the systems used there.
You must be bilingual, and secret cleared to be a qualifying candidate for this role.
The requirements for the role are the following:
- 5 years of experience providing IT support services working in a Service Desk, Help Desk or Call Centre
- 2 years of experience providing IT support services working in a Service Desk, Help Desk or Call Centre for a Federal Department.
- 5 years of experience providing IT support on all of the following products and services: (a) Microsoft Office Suites (on premise or cloud acceptable), must include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel (b) Internet Access services (c) Remote Access services (d) Microsoft Windows operating systems (e) Account and Access Management with Microsoft Active Directory users and groups (f) Microsoft centralized file and print management services.
