Helpdesk Technician - Office 365 / SCCM from Precision ERP

PrecisionIT is seeking a Heldesk Technician for our partnered client in Toronto, ON.

• Provide technical support level 2 and 3 for the users by telephone and on the spot for 3+ years
• 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10)
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 3+ Years
• Maintain inventory of the computer equipment
• Microsoft Skype for Business 3+ Years
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Needs great skills on Office 365 required - this is a BIG must!
• Experience in responding to ticket based support system
• Provides support for other end users in the organization, ability to work and resolve hardware problems
• Make sure the PC’s and Laptop’s function properly, take measures to avoid downtime
• 3+ Years’ experience with iOS / MAC OS
• Audio Visual set up and support
• French speaking an asset
